This is a serious Sav Blanc with extra body than your average NZ offering.
Pungent aromas of gooseberry, freshly cut grass, nettle and hints of tropical fruit. The use of only free run juice (the good stuff), and cold fermentation contribute to an abundant spectrum of herbal and tropical aromas.
