The Kroehn family have been farming their land in the high elevations of the Eden Valley for 6 generations
The wine is traditionally fermented in a small open fermenter, with twice daily plunging and pumping over, prior to basket pressing.
Lifted red fruits on the nose, followed by firm tannin, soft length, subtle oak and a richness that only great vineyards can provide.
